- Shopping cart: the items in your cart are stored in your browser's local storage, on your own device — we don't see or store your cart contents on our servers until you check out.
- Checkout & payment: payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your name, shipping address, and email are collected at checkout to fulfil your order and are stored with your order record.
- Live chat: if you use live chat, a random session ID is stored in your browser's local storage so we can reload your conversation. Messages you send are forwarded to us and kept so we can respond.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (e.g. which pages are popular, roughly where visitors are coming from). Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser for this purpose. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally. You can opt out using a browser extension like Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
What we don't do
We don't use your data for advertising or retargeting. We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties, other than the service providers named below who help us run the site.

- Telegram — live chat messages are relayed to our team via Telegram.
